Even in the darkness there is light!
I had deep reassurance my life was held safely in God’s hands and trusted He would carry me safely through, just as He has faithfully done so many times before, and He surely did.
My dear Wings of Healing family and friends, some of you are facing battles in life such as you feel you've never faced before, deeper depths than you could've imagined possible, to the point you find yourself asking "will the sun ever shine again for me", you're tired of the struggle, feeling weary, the road has been long.
And I hear God whispering so lovingly, telling you to find rest in his loving embrace, to take refuge in him right now, though the storms may be raging all around you, in him is perfect peace. He's drawing you into himself, into that intimate and secret place, he's wooing you, calling you gently, saying "come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest".
May you find rest, peace, and light, in Him. Yes, even in the darkness there IS light!

I’m in that broken place with very broken wings. An emergency Neck operation is going to change my life as I once knew it forever. I earn a living helping others become fit and healthy and suddenly I am no longer going to be in a position to do what I loved with my whole heart. Whilst in High Care 3 weeks ago and feeling frantic about my life that was falling apart in the blink of an eye and without warning .. I heard God Whisper… " Now be still and know that I am God" .
Please keep me in your prayers that I may grow as close to him as is humanely possible. I stumbled on your website, not sure how i did
..but I have and so I thank both you and God Mandie.. for helping me heal my broken wings. I so badly want to be freed from my cage.
